The Highlights
The Enterprise Account Executive is a field sales position selling voice, data, cloud and video services.
In this position, you will focus on showing prospective clients how our innovative business solutions will help satisfy their growing complex technology and communications needs.

What You Will Do
• Grow key relationships within named accounts to support their fast-growing business
• Develop client-centric solutions for complex services
• Create and deliver proposals on product benefits that align with client needs
• Consistently achieve monthly sales and revenue goals
• Maintain client database
• Identify target markets, industries and contacts for product portfolio
• Qualify new leads and prospects, including submission of return on investment (ROI) analysis
• Work in conjunction with Account Management, Sales Engineering and Marketing
• Build network through referrals, prospecting calls, trade shows and peers
• Attend sales meetings and training sessions
• Perform additional duties related to this position as assignedRequired keys for success
• Three or more years of sales experience
• Proven record as top sales performer exceeding revenue goal
• Skills to quickly conduct consultative analysis and provide recommendations
• Aptitude to participate as a collaborative team member
• Ability to multitask and manage change
• Familiarity with Salesforce, ICOMS/CSG or other CRMs
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Visio
• Effective communication skillsHow you will stand out from the crowd
• Three or more years of telecommunications business-to-business (B2B) sales experience
• Positive attitude with strong presentation skills
• Deadline-driven nature in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

• Experience with LAN and WAN technologies, high-capacity and fiber networks
